In the future, years of service in special public service may be included in the general public service pension seniority.
According to Modern.az, the recommendation regarding this has been reflected in the relevant decision of the Constitutional Court.
In the document, the Cabinet of Ministers has been recommended to take appropriate measures regarding the improvement of the regulation concerning the inclusion of years of service (employment) in the special type of public service into the public service seniority, and of the public service seniority into the years of service (employment) in the special type of public service, for the purpose of pension assignment.
It should be noted that the rules and conditions for the inclusion of years of service (employment) in the special type of public service into the public service seniority, and of the public service seniority into the years of service (employment) in the special type of public service, are regulated by the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.
