Specifically, snow is falling in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, Dashkasan, Shirvan, Gadabay, Goygol, Kalbajar, Lachin, Gubadli, Khankendi, Imishli, Hajigabul, Sabirabad, Gakh (Saribash), Shaki (Kishchay), Salyan, Shamakhi, Gobustan, Khizi, Guba, Gusar, Khaltan, Shabran, Neftchala, Beylagan, Gabala, Shahdag, Yardimli, while rain is falling in Tartar, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Goychay, Zardab, Kurdamir, Aghdam, Lerik, Lankaran, Astara, Ganja, Naftalan, Shamkir, Ismayilli, Nakhchivan, Sharur, Shahbuz, Ordubad, Sadarak, Khojaly, Fuzuli, Aghjabadi, Goranboy, Oghuz, Barda.
A northwest wind is blowing, with the maximum wind speed intensifying to 27 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 21 m/s in Shirvan, and 18 m/s in Salyan.
