President Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree "On the reorganization of the public legal entities 'Media Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan' and 'Center for Analysis of International Relations'".
According to Modern.az, pursuant to the Decree,
The public legal entity "Media Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan" through its merger with the public legal entity "Center for Social Research", and the public legal entity "Center for Analysis of International Relations" through its merger with the Baku International Multiculturalism Center, are reorganized as the public legal entity "Center for Analysis of International Relations and Multiculturalism".
