The authority to control the export of weapons and strategic materials will be withdrawn from the Cabinet of Ministers.
Modern.az reports that, this issue is reflected in the draft law on amendments to the "Law on Defense".
According to the current legislation, the Cabinet of Ministers organizes control over the export of weapons and strategic materials.
In the draft law, it is proposed to withdraw this authority from the Cabinet of Ministers.
