Oncological care will be provided in specialized state medical institutions, as well as in private medical institutions that have obtained a license in accordance with the Law "On Licenses and Permits" (in accordance with the annex to the license).

According to the Law, oncological care will be provided in specialized state medical institutions and in private medical institutions that have obtained a license in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Licenses and Permits" (in accordance with the annex to the license).
The examination and treatment of oncological patients in private medical institutions will be carried out in accordance with Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Private Medical Activity".
