Compared to January 2025, the production of tobacco products in the country increased by 37.4 percent.
Modern.az reports, citing the State Statistical Committee, that during the same period, a 0.6 percent decrease in food production and a 6.4 percent decrease in beverage production were recorded.
As for the indicators for the main products of the sectors, the production of liquid vegetable oils increased by 15.6 percent, cigarette production by 38.1 percent, and beer production by 3.6 percent.
