The Cabinet of Ministers has amended its decision dated August 4, 2023, regarding the establishment of the Tender Commission for the sale and transfer to external managers of properties, local and foreign assets, or claim rights on debts related to them, which were acquired in accordance with existing legislation and are on its balance sheet, with a balance value exceeding 1 million manats, in exchange for problematic assets acquired by "Aqrarkredit" CJSC from "Azerbaijan International Bank" (ABB) OJSC.
Modern.az reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new decision in this regard.
According to the decision, former Deputy Minister of Finance Azer Bayramov, who chaired the Commission, has been replaced by First Deputy Minister Anar Karimov.
It should be noted that Azer Bayramov was appointed Deputy Minister of Economy some time ago. He is the brother of Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. (unikal.az)
