Due to the commemorative ceremony to be organized in connection with the 34th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, restrictions will be imposed on the movement of vehicles on Mehdi Mehdizade, Kamandar Ahmadov, Ayaz Ismayilov, Suleyman Vazirov, and Izzat Orujov streets, which intersect with, connect to, and run parallel to Khojaly Avenue.

Due to the restrictions, the movement of regular buses numbered 4, 10, 21, 30, 32, 46, 49, and 120 will be organized via alternative streets:
