There is a problem with occupied lands in the border areas of Jalilabad district with Iran.
According to Modern.az, this was stated by MP Elman Nasirov at the public hearing held today by the Agrarian Policy Committee of the Milli Majlis on the topic “Application of Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture: Results and Prospects”.
The MP noted that during meetings with their constituents, farmers state that they grow good produce, but due to the lack of necessary conditions for storing the produce, it sometimes rots and is destroyed.
E. Nasirov stated that there is a serious need for warehouses, especially large-capacity cold storage facilities, for storing produce. Storing produce in such cold storage complexes can prevent farmers from facing significant losses.
