Azerbaijan exported nearly 1 ton of caviar last year

In 2025, 902 kilograms of caviar were sent from Azerbaijan to various countries around the world.

According to Modern.az, this was reflected in the Cabinet of Ministers' report on its activities in 2025.

It was noted that the number of enterprises authorized to export caviar to European Union countries has reached 6.
