In the reporting year, a total of 400 apartments were provided to privileged persons (family members of martyrs of the Patriotic War, persons with disabilities determined in connection with the Patriotic War, family members of martyrs of the First Karabakh War, persons with disabilities determined in connection with the First Karabakh War, persons with disabilities determined in connection with the January 20 tragedy, persons with disabilities determined in connection with the accident at the Chernobyl NPP, persons with visual impairments).
During 2025, 1620 sanatorium-resort vouchers were provided to persons with disabilities, including persons with disabilities determined under the age of 18, persons with disabilities determined for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as their accompanying persons, persons with disabilities in connection with the accident at the Chernobyl NPP, and family members of martyrs. One-time financial assistance was paid to 2136 persons with disabilities who are in greater need of social protection, for the purpose of assisting in the solution of rehabilitation and social-domestic problems.
In addition, in connection with the 35th anniversary of the January 20 tragedy, one-time financial assistance was provided to the families of 80 January 20 martyrs and to 233 persons with disabilities in connection with the January 20 events (a total of 313 persons), as well as to 500 persons with disabilities who are in greater need of social protection in connection with the 39th anniversary of the accident at the Chernobyl NPP. In connection with December 3, “International Day of Persons with Disabilities”, financial assistance was provided to 24 thousand persons with disabilities who have special need for social protection.
