Convicts, by being involved in various labor activities, paid a part of the damage caused to the victims with the funds obtained.
According to information from Modern.az, this was reflected in the Cabinet of Ministers' report on its activities in 2025.
As a result of convicts' involvement in socially useful labor, approximately 1.5 million manats were paid in 2025 towards the payment of material damage caused by them during the crimes they committed.
This indicator is 30 percent more compared to the previous year.
