In 2025, a total of 149 million 765 thousand manats was projected to be allocated for state programs implemented in the healthcare sector for the purpose of combating various diseases and protecting public health. During the year, the actual execution for these areas amounted to 127 million 351 thousand 700 manats, resulting in a difference of 22 million 413 thousand 300 manats.
The largest amount of funds was directed towards measures for diabetes mellitus. Although 65 million 890 thousand 200 manats were allocated for this area, the actual execution was 58 million 659 thousand 500 manats, and a difference of 7 million 230 thousand 700 manats was recorded.
The second largest expenditure area was measures to combat chronic renal failure. For this purpose, 45 million 973 thousand 500 manats were projected, while the actual execution amounted to 38 million 11 thousand 600 manats. Thus, a difference of 7 million 961 thousand 900 manats arose in this area.
Although 2 million 433 thousand 300 manats were allocated for tuberculosis control measures, the execution was 496 thousand 200 manats, resulting in a difference of 1 million 937 thousand 100 manats.
Of the 7 million 493 thousand manats planned for the treatment, prevention, and control of multiple sclerosis, 7 million 330 thousand 100 manats were executed, with a difference of 162 thousand 900 manats.
5 million manats were allocated for measures related to improving maternal and child health and mandatory medical check-ups for children, with actual execution amounting to 1 million 218 thousand 400 manats. A difference of 3 million 781 thousand 600 manats was recorded in this area.
Of the 16 million 340 thousand manats allocated for measures to combat hemophilia (hereditary blood disorder), 15 million 582 thousand 600 manats were executed, resulting in a difference of 757 thousand 400 manats.
