According to Modern.az, this was reflected in the Cabinet of Ministers' report on its activities in 2025.
55% of the applications accounted for the regions, and 45% for Baku city. Of the medical services provided in state medical institutions, 87% accounted for outpatient services and 13% for inpatient services.
