This year, 1996 teachers have already passed their attestation.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Minister of Culture Adil Karimli during today's public hearing of the Science and Education Committee of the Milli Majlis on the topic “Current situation and development prospects of art schools”.
The Minister noted that there were disappointing aspects in the attestation exams held so far, but there were also positive, encouraging aspects.
“One of the steps to be taken in this area is the organization and improvement of the recruitment process for our newly hired teachers and, at the same time, directors, specifically through examinations conducted by the State Examination Center, which is yielding positive results”.
Adil Karimli also emphasized that during this period, there are teachers in educational institutions – music, art, painting, and archaeology schools within the system of the Ministry of Culture – who do not adequately know their specialty.
