On March 17, 2026, 23 citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan were readmitted from the Federal Republic of Germany within the framework of the Agreement between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the European Union on the readmission of persons residing without authorization.
This was reported to Modern.az by the State Migration Service.
It was noted that the Working Group on Reintegration, consisting of representatives of relevant state bodies whose activities are coordinated by the State Migration Service, takes appropriate measures towards the prompt resolution of difficulties and problems faced by readmitted citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the organization of their effective and sustainable socio-economic reintegration into society.
