According to information obtained by Modern.az from the State Statistical Committee, there are a total of 10,311 donkeys across the country. The highest number of donkeys, 778, is in Quba, and the lowest number of donkeys, 2, falls to Khojavand.
In addition, other main districts with the highest number of donkeys are as follows:
Lerik has 627, Qazakh has 585, Samukh has 483, and Shamkir has 475 donkeys.
Also, Khojavand with 2, Goychay with 3, Zangilan with 4, Bilasuvar with 5, and Naftalan with 5 donkeys are the top 5 districts with the fewest donkeys.
