Partial Abolition of Visa Regime Between Uganda and Azerbaijan Confirmed

Holders of diplomatic and service passports between Azerbaijan and Uganda will be exempted from visa requirements. 

According to Modern.az, this issue was discussed at today's plenary session of the National Assembly.

The “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Uganda on the Exemption of Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports from Visa Requirements”, signed in Kampala on October 15, 2025, was approved in the first reading.
