The employee's main duties under the employment contract will be increased.
Modern.az reports that this issue is reflected in the amendment to the Labor Code, which was discussed at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
According to the draft, the employee will have the following main duties under the employment contract:
to keep state, commercial, and tax secrets confidential in the prescribed manner and under the specified conditions;
to go on a business trip at the employer's instruction, taking into account the restrictions established in the Labor Code.
A business trip shall be considered as the employee's departure from the workplace to another location for a specified period, by the employer's order (instruction, decision), to perform the employer's lawful assignment.
After discussions, the amendment was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
