Changes will be made to the cases where employees' workplaces and average salaries are retained.
Modern.az reports that this issue is reflected in the amendment to the Labor Code discussed at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
According to current legislation, when participating in military and special gatherings and other military measures organized by military commissariats within their powers for the performance of duties related to military service, as well as when seconded in connection with the performance of military transport duties, the employee's workplace and average salary are retained.
According to the draft, for the performance of duties related to military service, when participating in military training, inspections, special gatherings, and other measures organized by the p (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority in accordance with its areas of activity (military registration, training in special military specialties, medical examination of conscripts, measures aimed at ensuring the military situation regime, etc.), as well as when seconded in connection with the performance of military transport duties, the employee's workplace and average salary will be retained.
After discussions, the amendment was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
