Modern.az reports that this issue is reflected in the amendment to the Labor Code, which was discussed at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
According to current legislation, during the period of leave, the employee's workplace, position (profession), and in cases provided for in this Labor Code, the average salary are retained.

After discussions, the amendment was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
