Changes will be made to the rules regarding the documents submitted by an employee when concluding an employment contract.
Modern.az reports that this issue is reflected in the amendment to the Labor Code discussed at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
According to the draft, other documents related to employment relations (regarding the number of family members under their care, being a person with disabilities, war veteran, internally displaced person status, etc.) will be voluntarily submitted by the employee for the purpose of ensuring the employee's labor and social rights and benefits.
Following discussions, the amendment was put to a vote and adopted in its third reading.
