Employee attestation, its rules and conditions for conduct will be changed.
Modern.az reports that this issue is reflected in the amendment to the Labor Code, which was discussed at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
According to current legislation, only employees who have worked for at least one year in the relevant workplace can undergo attestation.
In the draft law, the removal of the aforementioned provision from the legislation is proposed.
After discussions, the amendment was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
