Changes will be made to the results of the probation during employment and the rules for its regulation.
Modern.az reports that this issue is reflected in the amendment to the Labor Code discussed at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
According to current legislation, when a probationary period is stipulated in an employment contract, the condition for the employer to terminate the employment contract during that period due to the employee's failure to prove themselves during probation must be indicated.
The bill proposes to remove the aforementioned rule from the legislation.
Furthermore, the employment contract of an employee who has not proven themselves during the probationary period may be terminated during that period by a justified order (instruction, decision) of the employer.
After discussions, the amendment was put to a vote and adopted in its third reading.
