The first meeting of the Milli Majlis's Spring Session will be held on February 2.
According to Modern.az, the following issues have been included in the meeting's agenda:
1. Constitutional Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the Approval of Amendments to the Constitution of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic” (II reading).
2. Constitutional Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Amending the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Normative Legal Acts” (II reading).
3. Legislative work plan of the Spring Session of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026.
4. On the establishment of the Counting Commission of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
5. On the establishment of the Disciplinary Commission of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
6. On the election of members of the Broadcasting Council of the Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company.
7. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Approval of the “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters”.
8. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Approval of Convention No. 187 of the International Labour Organization “Concerning the Promotional Framework for Occupational Safety and Health”.
