Today, we will adopt a constitutional law on the approval of amendments to the Constitution of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and one issue here caught my attention - the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is an integral part of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Fazil Mustafa at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
"In my opinion, the concepts of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and state should not be mentioned in the constitution at all. And the state identification of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic should be removed from the agenda in the constitution altogether", he said.
