In the Milli Majlis, 4 more Working Groups on inter-parliamentary relations are being formed.
Modern.az reports that this is reflected in the relevant amendment discussed at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
According to the project, the formation of the following inter-parliamentary Working Groups is proposed:
Azerbaijan-Kenya Inter-Parliamentary Working Group – Namazov Ramid Zakir oğlu;
Azerbaijan-Gambia Inter-Parliamentary Working Group - Qurbanov Eyvaz Daşdəmir oğlu;
Azerbaijan-Laos Inter-Parliamentary Working Group – Paşayeva Gülşən Məmmədəli qızı;
Azerbaijan – Maldives Inter-Parliamentary Working Group – Allahverənov Azər Kərim oğlu;
However, a change has been made to the chairman's post in the Azerbaijan – Nepal Inter-Parliamentary Working Group. Thus, Vasif Qafarov will chair the Working Group instead of Ramil Həsəni.
The issue was put to a vote and adopted unanimously.
