The agenda for the Milli Majlis meeting to be held on March 3 has been announced.
Modern.az reports that the following issues have been included in the agenda:
1. Annual report of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the protection of human rights in the country in 2025.
2. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Children's Rights” (third reading).
3. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Family Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Youth Policy”, “On the Approval of the Regulations on Commissions for the Protection of Children's Rights”, “On the Prevention of Neglect and Juvenile Delinquency”, “On Physical Culture and Sports”, “On Social Services”, “On Advertising”, “On the Restriction of the Use of Tobacco Products”, “On the Protection of Children from Harmful Information”, and “On Media” (third reading).
4. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (third reading).
5. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan (third reading).
6. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Motor Transport” (third reading).
7. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Amendments to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Code on Execution of Punishments of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Defense”, “On Veterans”, “On the Approval of the Regulations on Garrison and Guard Services of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “On the Approval of the Regulations “On Military Service””, “On Police”, “On the Approval of the Regulations on the Application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Registration at the Place of Residence and Stay””, and “On Physical Culture and Sports”.
