The authority to control the export of weapons and strategic materials may be withdrawn from the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to Modern.az, this issue is reflected in the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Defense”, which was discussed at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Labor and Social Policy.
Currently, according to the current legislation, the Cabinet of Ministers organizes control over the export of weapons and strategic materials.
In the draft law, it is proposed to withdraw this authority from the Cabinet of Ministers.
