A frost of minus 37 degrees was recorded last night in the village of Qızıl Qoç (present-day Ashotsk), located in the Ağbaba district of Western Azerbaijan (present-day Republic of Armenia).
Modern.az reports that Armenia's Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center released information regarding this.
It should be recalled that in 1878, the village's population, consisting of Azerbaijani Turks, was expelled and Armenians who came from Turkey were settled in the area.
