"Armenia wants to target Russia".
Modern.az reports that Konstantin Zatulin, a deputy of the Russian Duma, said this.
Speaking about the TRIPP project, Zatulin criticized Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's initiatives regarding railway repair and the TRIPP project.
In his opinion, Pashinyan is trying to involve Russia in the project so that he can later claim, "But Russia agrees to this". Zatulin said that Moscow's interests were not taken into account in the project.
76% of the TRIPP project will belong to the USA, and 24% to Armenia. Zatulin emphasized that the initiatives require careful analysis to prevent threats to the interests of Russia and its allies.
