Interesting photos have been taken from Horovlu village of Jabrayil district.
Modern.az reports that the images captured by the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts show the village, where residents have recently returned, covered in a white veil.
It should be noted that the first phase of Horovlu village in Jabrayil district was inaugurated on October 28, 2025.
In the first phase, 37 families (160 people) were relocated to Horovlu village.
The foundation of this village was laid by President Ilham Aliyev in May 2023.
In Horovlu village, with a total area of 248 hectares, 334 individual houses have been built. The houses are 2, 3, 4, and 5-room units and are equipped with modern communication networks – water, electricity, gas, solar panels, and high-speed internet. Ornaments of Karabakh carpets are engraved on the houses. Asphalt has been laid on the internal village roads.
In the first phase, on an area of 94 hectares, the construction of 334 individual houses, a school building with 624 student places, a nursery-kindergarten with 220 places, a two-story administrative building, a market complex, multifunctional catering facilities, a medical center, and a sports and health center was carried out, and water qanats were restored.
It should be recalled that Horovlu village was occupied by Armenia in 1993. On October 4, 2020, the Azerbaijani Army liberated the village from occupation.
