Participation in the teacher recruitment (MIQ) competition will be subject to a fee.
According to information from Modern.az, the President has signed a relevant Decree in this regard.
The recruitment and transfer of teachers to state general education institutions will be carried out through a competition in accordance with the rules determined by the p (institution) designated by the relevant executive authority.
Participation in the teacher recruitment competition (excluding those participating in the competition for the first time, persons with disabilities, members of families receiving targeted state social assistance, members of martyr families, and persons who have received the title of “War Veteran” for participating in combat operations for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan) will be subject to a fee.
The amount of the fee for participation in the teacher recruitment competition will be determined by the p (institution) designated by the relevant executive authority.
According to the Law “On General Education”, the recruitment and transfer of teachers to state general education institutions are regulated by the decision of the Collegium of the Ministry of Science and Education based on the “Rules for Teacher Recruitment and Transfer”. In accordance with these Rules, teacher recruitment and transfer are carried out through a competition.
With the aim of increasing the responsibility of participants in teacher recruitment, saving state budget funds, and covering a certain part of the financial burden by the participants, participation in the aforementioned competition will be subject to a fee.
The fee is not envisaged for those participating in the competition for the first time, persons with disabilities, members of families receiving targeted state social assistance, members of martyr families, and persons who have received the title of “War Veteran” for participating in combat operations for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
