A new director has been appointed to Tovuz State Socio-Economic College
Modern.az reports that Nigar Safkhanova has been appointed as the director of Tovuz State Socio-Economic College by the relevant order of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education.
The newly appointed director was introduced to the staff by Samir Hamidov, Head of the Department for Work with Higher and Secondary Vocational Education Institutions of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education.
Nigar Safkhanova received her bachelor's degree in “Azerbaijani Language and Literature” at Baku State University and her master's degree in “Organization and Management of Education” at ADA University.
From 2018 to 2022, she worked as a teacher at Üçbulaq village general secondary school in Goygol district, and from 2022 to 2024, she served as the director of the same school. From 2024 until her recent appointment, she worked as Deputy Director for Academic Affairs at Goychay State College of Management and Technology.
