Within the framework of the State Program, the list of bachelor's, master's, and doctoral education programs corresponding to priority specialization areas at prestigious foreign higher education institutions, in connection with the 2026–2027 academic year, was presented to the public on January 12, 2026. One of the main conditions for applying to the Program is precisely obtaining an admission document for relevant fields and programs from the universities listed in the aforementioned list.
