Special scholarships will be awarded to young talents - 61 thousand manats allocated

61,847 manats have been allocated for the provision of special scholarships to young talents.

Modern.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order in this regard.

The scholarships will be paid to young talents whose names are inscribed in the “Golden Book” from the President's reserve fund through the Ministry of Culture.
