A phone conversation took place between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
Modern.az reports that V. Zelenskyy stated this on his "X" page.
Zelenskyy expressed gratitude for Aliyev's support and condolences to our Ukrainian people.
"Last night, hundreds of drones and missiles, including ballistic missiles, were used by Russians against Ukrainians. Unfortunately, a number of objects, including the Azerbaijani embassy, were damaged, and there is destruction. Mr. President condemned this attack and emphasized that this is not the first time Russians have targeted the embassy building and other objects related to Azerbaijan.
We also discussed our bilateral relations and the development of our partnership. There is truly a green light in all areas of our bilateral cooperation. There is strong potential, and we will realize it. Thank you!", - V. Zelenskyy wrote on the social network.
