There are 60 immovable properties registered to Turkish citizens in Armenia.

Modern.az reports that, according to information provided by the Cadastre Committee, the data presented from the electronic archive is current as of the end of February 2026.

However, currently there are no immovable properties registered to Azerbaijani citizens in Armenia.
