Within the scope of the drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Sadettin Saran, the president of “Fenerbahçe”, has been detained.
Modern.az reports, citing the Turkish press, that as a result of a test conducted by the Forensic Medicine Institute, Saran's drug use tested positive.
It was stated in the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's statement that additional evidence regarding his acquisition, promotion of use, and use of narcotic substances has emerged. For this reason, Sadettin Saran was detained by personnel of the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command.
