Modern.az reports that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this in a conversation with journalists on December 18.
He emphasized the importance of learning lessons and drawing conclusions from mistakes.
Pashinyan said that those who raise the demand for the return of Karabakh Armenians are calling to condemn them to a vagrant status.
“But they already have an address. And this is Armenia, which has an internationally recognized sovereign territory," Pashinyan noted.
The Prime Minister called on Karabakh Armenians to accept Armenian citizenship.
