In 2025, alimony was not paid for up to 6300 cases.
Modern.az reports that information on this matter was provided by the Ministry of Justice.
It was reported that last year, out of up to 142 thousand alimony cases in proceedings, alimony payments for up to 47 thousand cases were made with certain delays.
It should be recalled that in 2024, out of up to 133 thousand alimony cases in proceedings, alimony was paid with certain delays in up to 46 thousand cases. In up to 5000 cases, alimony payment was not ensured. (Source "Report")
