The building of the “Idrak” lyceum, where a student shot his teacher today, belongs to a well-known businessman who is currently in custody.
Modern.az reports that the owner of the building where the lyceum is located is businessman Ruslan Eyyubov, who was arrested two months ago.
It should be recalled that R. Eyyubov was detained and arrested at the end of last year as part of an investigation into 5 million manats worth of cigarette smuggling. He is the brother of Major General Hasan Eyyubov, the head of the State Customs Committee's Main Customs Department for Maritime Transport and Energy Resources, who was dismissed from his post a few days ago. Eyyubov is also involved in the chemical industry business and is the head of the well-known “NB Group” company in this field.
It should be noted that the 10th-grade student who injured his teacher with a firearm has been detained. An investigation into the incident is being conducted by the district prosecutor's office. (Baku.ws)
