During an operation conducted by employees of the Main Department for Combating Narcotics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), 21 kg of narcotic substances were discovered.

It was reported that 28-year-old Ismayil Muradov and 32-year-old Chingiz Guliyev were detained. 21 kilograms of marijuana with harmful substances added to its composition were discovered from them.
It was revealed that I. Muradov and Ch. Guliyev, by entering into criminal contact with an Iranian citizen whose identity is being investigated, were planning to place narcotic substances at pre-determined points for sale.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the fact, and a pre-trial detention measure has been chosen against the detained individuals by court order.
