On February 13, a yellow warning has been issued regarding the expected windy weather conditions in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in some regions.
According to information provided to Modern.az by the National Hydrometeorology Service, in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, Khizi, Gobustan, Neftchala, Hajigabul, Kalbajar, Lachin, Zangilan, Dashkasan, Goranboy, Mingachevir, Shabran, Siyazan, a southwwesterly wind will blow in accordance with the yellow warning, and the wind speed will be 13.9-20.7 m/s.
