With the next measures carried out by police officers in Nakhchivan, 29-year-old V.Mahmudova, 23-year-old L.Aliyeva, and 29-year-old S.Hasanova, who shared content contrary to public moral norms and national-spiritual values on the “TikTok” social network, were identified and detained.
Modern.az reports that investigations revealed that they disseminated images on their social media accounts that expressed open disrespect to society and were not in accordance with moral norms.
The collected materials were submitted to the court for legal assessment.
By relevant decisions, V.Mahmudova and L.Aliyeva were administratively arrested for a period of 10 days, while S.Hasanova was fined 750 manats.
It should be noted that measures are being continued by the police to protect public order and moral norms on social media platforms. The dissemination of content contrary to the requirements of the legislation is given legal assessment, and appropriate measures are taken against responsible individuals.
