Any leader appointed in Iran will be a "target for unconditional assassination".
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz.
He stated that "Any leader appointed by the Iranian terrorist regime to continue its plan to destroy Israel, threaten the US, the free world, and countries in the region, and oppress the Iranian people will be a deliberate assassination target. It doesn't matter what their name is or where they hide", the minister said.
It should be recalled that Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei died in an airstrike in Tehran on February 28.
