The next court hearing in the criminal case of Ilgar Mustafayev, Chairman of the Board of the Public Legal Entity "Seaside Boulevard Department", his assistant Rashad Badalov, and Fuad Babayev, director of "GIRASOL" LLC, was held.
Modern.az reports that during the hearing held today at the Baku Court for Grave Crimes under the chairmanship of Judge Leyla Asgarova-Mammadova, it was stated that Ilgar Mustafayev's presence in court was not possible.
It was noted that Ilgar Mustafayev, who is receiving treatment at the Treatment Facility of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice, developed a heart problem while being brought to court and was returned.
The next court session has been scheduled for an indefinite date. (APA)
