Modern.az reports that these words were stated by President Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the opening ceremony of the XIII Global Baku Forum.
"Today we suffer from a lack of international attention," - the head of our state added, "we are witnessing the selective approach of some international actors who should be dealing with the conflict."
