Regarding employees who report corruption DECISION

"On Amending the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Combating Corruption"" In connection with the execution of Presidential Decree No. 365 dated April 14, 2025, "On the Application of Law No. 150-VIIQD of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 7, 2025," some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers have been amended.

Modern.az reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision in this regard.

According to the decision, when an employee who has reported offenses related to corruption undergoes attestation, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Law "On Combating Corruption", the authorized structural unit (person) must not participate directly or indirectly in the attestation.
