The house of Armenia's first president Levon Ter-Petrosyan has been without electricity for 24 hours, and the water supply has also been cut off.

Modern.az referring to local media, reports that Ter-Petrosyan's office has accused the authorities of "sadism".

According to information provided by Avetis Avakyan, head of the politician's office, on his social media account, in response to numerous calls, the guards of Armenia's Electric Networks (Electric Networks) claimed that electricity would be restored "within an hour", but several hours have passed and there is still no electricity. Meanwhile, there have been no outages in neighboring buildings. Ter-Petrosyan's office believes that the decision to cut off electricity was made "at the highest levels".

Recently, Levon Ter-Petrosyan made statements supporting Samvel Karapetyan, the owner of the "Tashir" Group of Companies and leader of the "Strong Armenia" party, whose control over the electricity network was taken away.
